~~Description Of Work: At first I wanted a concrete patio 10' x 10', but later I decided to go with a paver patio. The contractor simply deducted the cost of the original concrete service from the finished paver patio.

Comments: My decision to go with a paver patio delayed the work because of the change of materials required. Despite the change to the paver patio, the job was completed within a week from the time I notified the contractor of the change to the finished product.

Comments: BAYSHORE removed an old brick walkway and replaced it with a concrete walkway and removed additional brick work. Tony was easy to get a hold of, responsive and answered all my questions. They performed the work promptly as promised and the finished product looks great.

Comments: The BAYSHORE crew was eager to get things started. The crew finished up the footing preparations, is aligning the ICF stem-walls, and has installed the stem wall bracing. After they finish with the preparations, we will do a monolithic pour of 75 yards of concrete into the footing and the ICF stem wall.

Finished with a attractive swirl pattern that matched other cement work that I had done in the past. My backyard is finally neat and clean! Everyone was pleasant and professional.

Comments: Tony of BAYSHORE CONCRETE was a great choice for our concrete needs. Everything went excellent. He gave me an excellent estimate and explained the whole job. I got to see some of his jobs before hand that were done in my town and it looked very good- one home owner happened to come out and he said he was very happy. Tony was always punctual. He was very easy to contact and returned my calls promptly. He cleaned up well after the job too. He also gave me choices on the finish of the concrete. Some people have swirls, some smooth, and some broom finish. My wife decided on a mild swirl and she was pleased with the finished product. I would definitely use Tony and BAYSHORE again!
